Author Topic: Who owns a USRAC M70 featherweight in 6.5 swede? (Read 434 times)

I have a USRAC M70 featherweight in 6.5 swede, that is a pretty good rifle, but won't extract reliably at all. The empty slips out from under the extractor when I retract the bolt. I've replaced the extractor once, and tweaked the tension, to try and fix this, but no luck so far. If you have one of these rifles, does yours extract OK? Reply or send me an email, please. Just looking for ideas to solve the problem.

I would send it back to the factory. Is it new or did you buy it used? JimmyP

I bought it new about a year ago. hate to send it back, but I might just have to.

Tom, you've fought the good fight with that beast and I'd send it in. I'd say it's the extractor and probably the wrong one. :evil: Dave
