Ive been looking around I have a remington 760 in 243 with vxii 3-9x50 with an older bell carlson composite stock I use it for dog hunting shots great stock 1.5 inches shorter then the other two. Also have a 30-06 and 35 whelen with wooden stocks on them both scoped up with trijicon accupoint 3-9x40 also shot great and was wondering if anyone had newer bell carlson stocks how they liked them. How triggers were on the 7600 both min are 6 plus pounds. I am getting ready to send them up to island smith to have them fluted molycoated trigger jobs done to them thinking changing out stocks. Thanks

When you say Island smith , are you talking about Mark ? What's the point of fluting ? I have had B&C stocks before , I like the fact that they aren't hollow . But they are also not light !
