Hey Tikka owners

There was alot of people knocking the T3's here in the begining. Now that some time has passed I'm wondering if people still prefer the whitetail hunters or have more people warmed up to the T3?
         I'm trying to decide which I want to buy. I am leaning towards a T3 stainless in 7mag, but I have a whitetail hunter in a laminated stainless in the same caliber available to me for purchase. What would you do? Thx.

I have a tikka white tail hunter in Lh 300win . I would like to get a t3 in 30/06 if they come out in Lh. :wink:

If you don't mind the extra weight, I would definately go with the WH Laminated Stainless.  I have one in .25-06 and I love it.  The laminated stock (and weight) aids in the accuracy department and it just feels nice in my hands.  Some people don't like the large palm swell in the Tikka, but it doesn't bother me.

On the other hand, if you really want a lighter rifle, then go with the T3.
