Lyman Sabot Slug load info - 12 & 20 ga

Hi All,
 
I load the lyman sabot slugs (the hour glass shaped ones) for use in 3 gun shoots.  I load them low velocity, just enough energy to cycle an autoloader w/o jamming.  Targets are inside 25 yards so no need to waste powder or bruise the shoulder as some shoots we will go through 50+ rounds. 
 
I just bought a rifled Tracker II 20 ga and my son has a Rossi 12 ga rifled ported barrel single shot.  I want to start developing a "full house" load for deer season 2012.  I am looking of reccomendation on where to find load data for these lyman slugs.
 
FWIW, I have found that these lyman sabots will shot fairly accurately (2" to 3" @ 50 yards with open sights) out of a smoothbore 12 ga, haven't tried them in a 20 ga smoothbore.  This is at moderate velocity, 1000 to 1100 FPS and shot out of a beretta 303 and a H&R Tracker I.

Do you have the Lyman reloading manuals ? They probably have the data you need. I have some old ones, will check thru them today. I also have the cast bullet reloading manuals from Lyman. Been a Lyman man for years. I have lots of Lyman stuff, lots of people have never seen, I still use it, works great.
 
If you have time and don't mind sharing, I'd like the data on some of these loads. I am just now getting into slugs, and I have the Lyman 12 guage slug mold, the one that is a ribbed slug. I  have about 50 ready to load up and test out.

The only slug load data I use was worked up by a friend and it is just for low velocity for the 3-gun shoots.  It is safe in my guns but it isn't a published load so I think it best to not pass it on.  I have Lyman 49th but it is only for CF and handguns.  Next trip to the candy store I will see if they have a Lyman book for shotgun loads.  I want to get something in the 1400 to 1500 FPS range assuming that can be done safely.  I will advise on what I find and what my chrony tells me, but it will probably early spring time before I get serious about this.

Loading Data for the Lyman Sabot Shotgun Slug (mould insert)

Thank you for purchasing Lyman’s 12 ga. Sabot Shotgun Slug.   This slug can be used in shotguns equipped with either smooth bored or rifled barrels; however, accuracy is at it’s best when used in rifled barrels.    Slugs are designed to use standard shot wads and fold crimps.  Seat the wad into the case over the powder charge first, and then insert the slug into the wad and fold crimp.
