when i shoot eather my turkey or slug barrel the shells stick in the chamber
hard to pull them out how can i fix this

The extractor should get the shells started out of the chamber. If, after the extractor has done its work, it's still hard to remove the shells, the chamber may need a good cleaning.

both are brand new barrels i would think that the spent round would dang near fall out
but i have to pull them out can chambers be polished if so how

I haven't had shells "dang near fall out" but they weren't hard to get out either.
If you wish to polish the chamber, I would use Flitz.
