A "Thank You" for our friend in the business
« on: August 18, 2011, 04:26:51 AM »
Right now, brian56 is monitoring this board as he does every day, sometimes well into the evening.  If he notes a problem one of us has, a PM will come offering to help.  I know of several of us who have benefited from his skill and knowledge. I'm sure there are others I don't know about.

Recent quotes from brian56:

I, and others here at Remington strive to always, make the customer happy. It is just plain good business period.. Just give us a chance, and I promise you That we will do our best to make you!! the customer happy. Please understand, customer service is not here in Ilion where I work. But down in Madision N.C. Sometimes when you call you might get a newby, someone that is not up to standards. If this happens to you, just send me a PM and I will personally take care of any problem that you may have.

I truly believe in customer support. If the customer is really happy . Then He will promote the product. I believe good customer support is vital to any company. I, and many others here , really believe in you!! the customer. And I will always make it right with you, that is my promise to all of you.

It just happens to be my job, keeping all you Indians shooting!! I too love these Handi's.

Brian, a huge thank you from all of us.  You're the best thing since Santa Clause ;D ;D

Pete

When the Gardner plant closed, I will admit I had my doubts that these cool guns would survive.  They have, and thanks to dedicated folks like Brian they'll continue.  Bravo Brian and company, you still have a loyal customer.

Thanks Brian for going the extra mile.  Not only are you an extremely valuable asset to Remington, but also to us here at GBO.

We need to find out your supervisor's email, they need to know how valuable you are.

Brian56 fit our 7-08 light barrel to the frame when we sent it in for my daughters new deer rifle. Great job and good communication. Having a guy in our corner is awesome.
Thanks Brian!

I have not personally had the need to ask Brian for assistance, and hopefully never will. That being said, it is a great comfort for me to know he is on this board, and a champion for us Handiholics.

Someone with the service and quality outlook that Brian has can be a huge asset to any company. Remington is fortunate to have him. By being a human voice for us and other customers Remington it has already help build loyalty for them after the recent changes that had some of us concerned.

Thank you Brian56.

Cheers
Kerry

Before I fell asleep last night, I was thinking about this post and Brian in his profession.  I came to the conclusion that Brian is exactly where he wants to be, doing what he enjoys.  That is a rare accomplishment these days.

I don't say much on this site, but I do look at and read most of the posts. This is the best forum I have ever used with a really great bunch of guys. Having Brian only compliments this forum even more. He sent me with a rear sight replacement for my 45-70 handi. Again, Thank You Brian and the rest of you that make this forum what it is!

Brian, if you are monitering this, I could use some help.  I sent a 44 Mag handi back for the third time a little over a month ago.  The customer service people I talk to tell me they are sending me a replacement.  After a month, they still do not have it.  I called last week and they said they were sending it from the factory.  I called this week and they do not have anything.

Can you find out what is going on?  I bought this gun in 2009 and still do not have one for primative weapon season.

I just received my Handi-rifle with a new .357 BBL, plus two shotgun BBL's in 20 and 28ga. Thank you Brian for your help and quick turn-around! Your dedication and courteous service really makes a difference about how good one feels about the product.
