MAY 22-- You GUYS SHOULDN'T BE LONELY

 Every time I come on, there are several guests in attendance.How do you guys get in here alone, to post about no one here?
 Now Guests, you are welcome to join--help turn this time of year from--Seargent Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band to--I'm Not Lonely Anymore.
 Now I know everyone knows--Seargent Pepper,Lonely any more is off of Roger Mcguinns ThunderByrd album circa--about 1976.And yes,I still have a stereo in my work area and all I listen to is old Vinyl LPs.

Hey Tom,  those LPs got to be sounding a bit scratchy by now.  Got an old  8 track player in my shop... ;D..  As they break or wear out , i throw away.  Sometimes i find old ones at garage sales that i like and renew my stash...

 I have every Byrds album,every Roger Mcguinn album but Cardiff Rose(my daughter broke it when she was 4), Buffalo Springfield, Chris Hillman,Eric Clapton, The Kinks, The Beatles,Alices Restaraunt-- you get the idea, nothing younger than 20 years or more  lol.

try to buy a new turntable!

needed one a few years ago, and found what I wanted on Ebay-

when I listen to classsic rock on FM- after each song, I can say- "got that album"

todays rock and roll, ain't got no soul...............

remember going ot a friends house- his sister had 2 new albums- we listened to them in headphones- Dark side of the Moon and Stairway to Heaven-

after we had eachl istened to one- we turned to the other and said WOW- you got to hear this one!

as soon as Tom started talking R & R- I KNEW Roger Mcguinns  would come up  8)

 Steve, Mcguinn played in Hopkins last week. Thats 2 years in a row I have missed him,when he has been performing in the area.no one can play a Ric 12 string like him.
 Mike--not all men with long hair were hippies. A few that come to mind were-Jesus,Kit Carson,and most of your Mountain men.
 Seems like the only time I get static about my hair--is from guys that don't have any.Now Steve can vouche for this, he and I were getting friendly heat from several guys at a convention.I told all those guys to remove their hats-- guess what--they were all bald.

HEY Tom, i resent that, us bald mountain men have survived scalping.  After getting scalped i proceeded to initiate the Big D and things are fine now except when the cold fall winds blow i feel  cool on my topknot.....!  :o
