I was in Overland Park (suburb of Kansas City, Kansas) yesterday. This is a very developed and busy area. As a drove by a bare lot there was a large coyote just kind of watching traffic go by. I know that coyotes have adapted well to city life but it is still weird to me to see one in that setting and during the beginning of rush hour. Maybe he was just trying to figure out how to cross the street.
