68 lbs. of catfish
« on: May 05, 2011, 01:53:11 PM »
This time we went to Lake Conroe again.  22 fish, total weight 68 lbs.
One was a 4 lb. 3 oz. striped bass.
Biggest cat was 4 lbs. 1 oz.
Still a good average.
Made 20 lbs. of fillets. ;D
I must be the only one fishing here. :P

Throw the cast net at dawn.  Catch hundreds of 3" shad.  They die right away.  Dead shad, catfish don't care. ;D
