									Tim,
T-bar is a new one from Brownells I just installed.  The T-bar spring will be a new one as soon as I order it, I thought it came with the T-Bar.

Hammer spring is a new Wolff xtra power.    Basically trying to rule out everything before coming to grips with a too deep rim cut.  The gun locks up so great as is I hate to think about cutting down the chamber end of the barrel and having to shim the pivot.

I played around with seating into the lands and crimping the jacket bullets but there is a pressure penalty to pay for that approach.
FWIW, the gun will fire everytime with Winchester large pistol regular/mag primers.  Taking that approach would limit my pressure issues since the primer would act as the "canary in the coal mine".     I think my FTFs with the 45-120 is because gcrank1 put a hex on me for loading smokeless powder instead of holy black.
