How to remove the Krieghoff Barrel Insert

I received the drilling from JJ the other day and he kindly fitted the Krieghoff .22 WMR insert for me.  The insert is in the barrel nice and tight.  How do I get it out?  I used the key and loosened the screw but the bloody insert is still tight.  How do I remove the insert?

If the key has been turned far enough to release it it just lifts out. It will be snug.

I unloosened the screw with the key and popped it out using a cleaning rod from the other end.  Worked great.
