Can you fire .480 ruger in a revolver chambered in .475 linebaugh?
Is it the same as .44 special to .44 mag?

Accuracy variations will differ from gun to gun. You will want to keep in mind that carbon fouling rings in cylinders or chambers of single shots will build up over time if not treated and will cause issues with cartridges sticking, and loading/unloading difficulties just like 44mag/special, 357mag/38special, or 22lr/short weapons.
