Where to get parts for an oddball shotgun??

I won a cheap semiauto20 gauge shotgun at a Whitetails banquet a couple years ago. Shot it a few times and it shot ok, hung up a couple times but I expected that.  Anyway, I was shooting at a couple ground squirrels from the house and when I shot, I caught the bolt lever on the door frame and broke it.... I know stupid...

Anyway, I've been trying to find a new lever to no avail, and was wondering if any of you guys had any ideas of where to look.

Gun is a Diamond - Action 20 gauge semiauto.  Made in Matsan A.S. Turkey, imported by ADCO - Woburn, MA...

I did call ADCO and they do not rep these guns anymore and do not have this part..

I get obscure Winchester parts from a place called Simmon's Gun Repair in Olathe, KS.  You can also find an amazing amount of things on ebay.

go to adco.com and check the dealer list . They may have had to locate parts also . Also Dimond shotguns may yeild some help.

Good advixe all.. You might also ask Diamond if anyone else imported thier guns and if so who. Your last resort will be the company though as these outfits are notoriously slow to respond to customer service requests.. If you still have the part it may be possible to fabricate one or modify another brand operating handle to fit.. Good luck!

  Buckskin,        Could you post a picture of the broken part,  If it is a simple cocking lever like many are I may be able to make you one ?    Jedman

I called ADCO again to see if they had any leads for me to try.  And one of the guys there found one on an old junker they had in back, so I'm good to go... It's really not a very nice gun, but it's nearly worthless w/out a lever to open the bolt...  Although when I first started hunting I had an old 11-48 Remington 12ga, and had lost the bolt lever and I carried around a screw driver to open the bolt. It worked, but I'm beyond those days...
