Nice work. That top picture has a lot of work in it. You  made a lot of swings with that mallet.

I made one saddle many years ago. That was enough for me.

RockinW, in my younger days, I would have sold my pickup for that first saddle in you pics. The floral design with the high back could be rode all day in comfort. Bad in a fall, but damn, ain't it western like it outta be. I like the swells on it better and the taller horn. You do good work. What kinda trees do you use? Fiberglass?

thanks guys. i only use traditionally made trees. wood/rawhide covered. after a couple hundred years or so, nobody has come up with anything better. cant build a good saddle if you dont start with a good tree.

Well if I were 30 years younger, I would be ordering that saddle on top. It would look good on a true buckskin, or a gray, and I would be set.
