"I did some testing again today, 12 gr and 12.5gr both strung, 12 gr load refused to eject, 13 and 14 gr strung as well yesterday but 13 and 14 gr would eject 85% of the time" - super mario
If you took a seating stem faced it off flat and had it turned down to .220" or so, put it in an arbor press and used it to compress your load a little further, you maybe able to get 15 grains of Lil'gun in there and eliminate case sticking altogether...and get 3200 fps with that 50 grain bullet. More than likely you would only get 32000 cup, because you just can't get too much Lil'gun in a 22 Hornet case. In fact, the more Lil'gun you use, the lower the pressure, that is why you get less case sticking with 14 grains than you do with 12 grain. You might need a magnum small rifle primer to ignite a highly compressed load.
