Finally got ahold of Ed's Contenders. My 41 mag. Contender barrel is on it's way. If this caliber is half as good as i've heard it is, it will replace my 7-30 Waters as my main deer hunting gun.

yep, that's a great round and in a 10" tube, I got one but I had to go thur Fox Ridge to get mine and it cost more than Ed's.. Mine seems to like Remington 200 gr. jhp,over 20gr. of H-110. good luck Rick.. :grin:

Rick, Thanks for the info. That is the bullet i was going to try. I just happen to have some H110 so i think i'm in business.
