Cant say for sure but some forarms screws are longer and some are shorter depending on how deep the screw holes are bored but if you buy a forarm the correct screws should be with it.

The screws for encore forearms are 8X40 threads not normally found at the local hardware stores. As stated they will vary in length depending on forearm styles and barrel tapers. A new forearm should have the proper screws with it. Most custom wood builders will include the proper length screws with their product also. If your Pro Hunter is the factory heavy taper the forearms from the regular barrels in factory heavy will also fit.

Thanks it was a forearm listed on local sale adds not a scratch I picked it up no screws! It matters not as it is forearm for Bull Barrel so storage it goes just in case I pick up a bull barrel. Maybe I'll trade it for forearm that will fit heavy tapper same as my pro hunters and 26" barrels. I'm trying to get some wood furniture to set up a 243 for my granddaughter to start deer hunting next year. She loves shooting my 22 250 but flex tech butt stock is to long so I'm looking for walnut to cut down or a bantam.
