Three and half weeks later ??? Butt Stock finally arrived  ;D This is something I've wanted to do for along time. I have 3 Pro Hunters 2 Black 1 Realtree I've wanted to put some walnut furniture on my 22 250 so grabbed new wood pulled P/H stock and forearm off! OH NO there is no bolt for butt stock and the one off P/H bolt is to long  >:( called T/C they are sending one out which should have been included. I guess another 3 week wait to put this together. I think I'm going to like it when it ever gets done! The wood on butt stock is really nice for the price of regular plain old walnut  ;D

Strange,

I ordered a barrel from their sale and received it within a week.

Had an issue with the front sight on my 45/70 and they sent out a taller sight for no charge in about the same time. Check the shipping date I have had some issues with the shippers holding off on deliveries due to perceived bad weather.

It was T/C I called last week and asked about it and was told it was in line to be shipped! I asked why and they said it could take up to 21 days  ??? don't know if it came out of custom shop was the reason. I ordered on Dec. 18th on the 21st I called and asked to purchase some forearm screws since a buddy gave me a walnut forearm. The gal said the would send me some free received them following week. Don't get me wrong still LOVE AMERICAN COMPANY T/C I'm just like a kid at Christmas I WANT MY NEW TOY! I will post before and after pictures when completed.

Looks better than the one pictured in the catalog. I need to find a nice one for my contender.

It sure does.  But, right now, after speaking with some of the TC people, I'm a little worried that quality may go the way Marlin did when Reming took the helm.  Now, w/S&W Moving to Massachussetts, and getting rid of most of the original TC employees, I have concerns.  Big concerns.  Think we're in for a period of quality issues. Remains to be seen.
