spent only a fre hours in Momence Wetlands deer hoping
I did look through the sign in sheets and saw where archery hunters have done quite well in there , but seems the majority where taken late afternoon.
so going back there later today.
have been trying for 10 years +, to draw a permit for Wetlands never happened, this year my nine year old and myself both got tags for Wetlands.
465 acres only allow 8 gun hunters- I was only one who signed in - But I did hear one motor boat come in at sunup
The best part is it is only 1.5 miles to the entrance to Wetlands from my home !!
