Tikka T3 .270

Just bought a Tikka T3 Lite in .270 win at Wallyworld. Special order by someone who didn't pickit up. I got it for $408, which I think is a fair price. Will mount a Weaver Grand Slam 4.75X on it and see what it does. Very light weight.........
I have a M595 varminter 22-250 which I enjoy a lot, so hope that this one shoots as well.

Tom,
I, as well as others, am quite interested in how she shoots and handles for you.
BTW, what kind of ammo are you intending on shooting?

Try the Hornady 140gn LM load----my .270 liked that one right off the bat.

My money load for my other .270 (pre-64 Win M70) is 59 gr H4831 + 130 gr Hornady Spire point. My hope is that this load also shoots well in the Tikka, but we shall see........

That sounds like a very good price. I bet it will be a tack driver. Enjoy!
