Custom Bolt Hole Cover Plate?

A while back I ran across a link for custom Encore bolt hole cover plates that are metal with various wildlife engraved on them. Does anyone know who makes them or have contact info?

There was a guy on flea bay that used to sell them.  I haven't looked there for a long time so I don't know if he is still there.

I got one from a fella on flea bay. I really like it is nice. There is also some on there made out of plastic so buyer beware.
