I agree with cknight98 on this one. The bull barrel is a bench rest barrel only - or a barrel that you always have a rest or bipod for. The critter can be really heavy. For bench rest its great. If your going to lug it around - as ck stated - the tapered barrel would be better.
My CT barrel is the heavy - but I only shoot off a bench and it also works great for that.

Heavy Varmint taper to muzzle diameter of .850 inch.
Medium Varmint taper to muzzle diameter of .800 inch.
Light Varmint taper to muzzle diameter of .750 inch.
Heaver Sporter taper to muzzle diameter of .700 inch.
Medium Sporter taper to muzzle diameter of .650 inch.
Light Sporter taper to muzzle diameter of .600 inch.
