I'm a new member.  Just got back from the range.  Shot 115gr. of T7 FFG and 250 Hornady SST and got two 3 shot 1 5/8 group At 100yds.  I tried 220 Dead centers and could only get 3.5 groups out of it.  I'm shooting the hornet conversion.  Is this about what I should expect? better? worse?  I tried 3 777 pellets yesterday with 209's and could only get a 3in. group.  Thanks

I would think that is very good.  I have only shot mine out to 50 yds so far with 120 gns of Goex Cleanshot and 245 gn. Powerbelts.  At this distance I am shooting 1".  So I would imagine at 100 yds my groups will be bigger.  I still have to try different amounts of powder and maybe heavier bullets.  Sounds like you are ready to go huntin!

if it's a 1-28 twist, try a slightly heavier bullet. my encore will put 3-275 gr or 3- 360 gr dead centers into just over an inch at 100 yds.
