Anyone see one of these?
« on: July 07, 2010, 02:06:02 PM »
I am told they have been around for quite a while, I held one for the first time today.  They have a rebounding hammer with no transfer bar, side mount safety and a low rise hammer.  From the side they could be mistaken for a H&R easily.  The gun counter guy says they only come in .410, it is on a frame narrower than the H&R but wider than the Rossi, they seem very well made.  New they are $175.00 and are USA made.  Larry

A gun is just like a parachute, if you ever really need one, nothing else will do.

I have seen them before Larry. They were real popular several years ago but have not heard anything about them in a while. I have never seen one with that stock on it though. The ones I have seen have a short thumbhole stock.

The one I saw had the thumb hole stock also.  The stock was very light weight, but the gun was very well made.  If I were looking for a small 410 this one would beat the Rossi hands down.  Larry

Ive seen shotguns made by the same company, not just 410. Im thinking the company was CBC out of Brazil. Ill look tomorow but I think I have a 12ga action from one. same barrel release at the front of the trigger guard. DR

I bought one of those a few years ago in 12ga for my little brother.

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.

My uncle bought one a few years back and we killed a few snakes with it. It lives up to it's name just fine in my opinion. I believe I would still rather have a Tamer though, I liked the one I use to have better than the SC.
