I was wondering when someone would notice. It allows me to sort through the forums for my posts and not stumble through several pages. ;) The 1 puts me close to the top. I have also tried  . and 1 with a space. Clicking the sort hyperlink "Started By" will list all the posts in numercial and alphabetical order. You can change your screen name by clicking on Profile then Account Related Settings. You must type in your password three more times (below your screen name) and then select Update.

Thanks, Dinny

Maybe Tim could move this to the Forum Support page as a tip/hint. :) I always find all my old posts thisa way, it's easier to find them for bumps too.  ;)

You're gonna have to explain it a bit better for me, where's this 1 you're referring to? FYI, you can find all of anyone's posts including your own at the bottom on the summary page of the their profile, Show the last posts of this person, I use it all the time for my own and others for various reasons, that along with the browser page search works pretty good.

Thanks Tim, I also have no idea what "1" is being referred to. I would be interested in knowing what the heck is being discussed here....<><....:)

I change my screen name to .1Dinny. Then I got to a forum where I have posted something in the past that I can't find. I click on the "Started By" button and have the system sort the list of posts. As .1Dinny, I am at the top of the list and all of my posts within that specific forum are listed. That keeps me from searching from page to page to find something in a specific forum. When I'm finished, I change my screen name back. With over 1000 posts, it also keeps me from searching through all of them for one specific post. All I need to remember is where I posted it. ???  ;D

Thanks, Dinny

Ummm where's this started by button?  ???  I figured it out, you mean Started by in the header, gotcha.  ;) I think you should post the steps in Forum Support instead of me moving it, then folks don't have to read thru the whole thing to figure it out, you need to explain how to change their user name in their profile too.

thanks,

Tim
