Syntechtic stock set
« on: June 27, 2010, 07:41:19 PM »
Is the SYNTECHTIC stock set off of a new H&R CBA rifle considered a NEW STYLE syntechtic?
What is the difference between the new style and the old style?
What is the current price from H&R for each?

The new one is checkered and the forend is a little longer and wider.  I like it.  I haven't check prices.  My new .223 came with the new one.  My "new" old inventory 7.62 X 39 came with the old style as expected, but it surprised me by being an extractor which I prefer.

There's info in the FAQs on the retail parts page on the new checkered camo synthetic stock set(Dick's), but I don't see the standard black version, just call H&R and ask for the stock that comes on either the 357 or 44mag.

Was just trying to find out what I had before I put them up for sale and what price they would cost new.
