I just bought a little 110 in .243 Win. with a Trashco sorry no pics, had plenty of opportunity but man is it hot. get soakin wet just going outside. I shot it yesterday morning after working all night and couldn't do better than 2" with some rem 100 gr coreloct ammo the seller threw in with the deal. I had a 700 out there too and it didn't do much better. I was too hot and too tired...
the 110 has a little more barrel than the 700 (MTN LSS) and I couldn't shoot either one too fast, they got hot in a hurry. I am pretty concious to the overbore of the .243 and that little dude warms up quick.
I was getting an honest >2900 out of that factory ammo and the bolt was a little sticky sometimes, primers looked good though. I think remington takes this load to the edge. Any way I'm getting ready to load up some 80gr speer softpoints.
when I bought the gun the scope was canted and I had to take it off and back on about a million times. I'm not a big fan of the Kwik site mounts at this point.
any way do you know how long the flat rear was made or when it stopped, just trying to date the gun, I reckon its probably an 80's or 90's, it has a normal trigger which ain't bad...I'm thinking this little dude will be a shooter, wish I had a good redfield one piece base and some good glass on it and maybe clear out the barrel channel a little more.
