Reports say no one was injured...well physically, the report said a man's business was totally destroyed.

It was pretty wild for a while.  I watched the funnel from my back yard, then had to get on the porch as the hail started coming down.  I had just finished fixing my roof Sunday morning and the hail hit about 4:25 PM.  The tornado just kinda danced around the Meta building for a few minutes, tore the sh!! out of it.  Then moved up main street in the Heights and took out another business that replaced windshields, tore up some signs and took the roofs off other businesses.  Had it happened on Saturday, the Metra had an arena football game going and would have hurt/killed a lot of people.  As it was, just a lot of property damage due to wind, rain and hail.  Waiting for the insurance to come check out my roof and 5 of my vehicals.  DP

My buddy and I made it through Billings before it hit but we were crusing south on I-90 when it started hailing.  The road was covered with ice and we were grumbling about the dents in the hood when we saw some cars with the windshields smashed.  There is always something to be thankful for....  Like the lack of injuries.  My buddy got an estimate on repairing the dents in his truck today and it was $5600.

In a time of hail storms with ice balls that big, get under and over pass or find a gas station with an over canapy, but what ever you do, stay in your vehicle.
