Thanks very much. I have tried to read little pieces of this but its quite a challenge. Especially when it appears to refer to existing law in some places; requiring one to look up that law and decipher it - let alone find the regulations that exist from those laws.

I expect that if this passes it will be years before anybody begins to understand what all of it means. That alone scares me.

I am hoping that when this passes it will be years before anyone begins to fund any of it.

I noticed that the people voting on this bill already have health care. Should people without health care weigh in?
