All most fell out of my chair - Congressman Paul D. Ryan - Breath of Fresh Air ?

Paul D. Ryan, Jr. Congressman from Wisconsin. Young Guy - Straight,  forward,  practical speak . First time I heard him talk tonight on television. Doesn't seem tainted with Washington slime and political spin. I was quite impressed.  He appears to understand complex issues and yet can explain them in terms the common man can relate too.

What do Wisconsinites and others think of this up and comm-er?.

He uses logic and facts. I see no wrong in that. Not sure what his foreign policy ideas are?

I'm glad to see Paul Ryan getting some attention outside of Wisconsin.  He truely is one of a very few good ones.  Very level-headed and conservative in his beliefs, and actually has practical answers to the Country's problems.  If you look at his health care reform proposal, it is very logical, simple and cost effective.  He has been getting a lot of exposure lately because of his plan.  Keep an eye out for him for a run for the white house, even though he's only a rep, he has a lot of experience and a hell of a lot more than the goof sitting in there right now. And as you mentioned, he's not polluted by the Washington water, or Chicago's for that matter...

I don't know allot about him but what I have seen he does seem like a reasonable guy. Let’s hope he does not become infected with the DC disease. It is contagious and there is no known cure.
