I think I have come down with the Handi-flu again.

Keep telling yourself that, maybe you'll believe it if you say it enough (none of us do). 

Just doing what I can to try to help you out. 

BTW, do you already have a load in mind for your new 308 shorty?

OBXpilgrim,

I found the only cure besides buying one is time.  You have to try and out wait yourself until the fever is overcome.  As for a load, I plan on shooting factory loads.  If it will still shoot 150gr around 2500-2600.  I feel this is plenty for white tail.  I mostly want the gun for hunting in my shoot house.  I never can get the gun out the window without making a loud bump.

Not only is the Handi Flu safer for you it's also cheaper. I got bacterial pnumonia and what they thought was H1N1 from work about a month and a half ago. The ER bill alone was over 1400.00 plus the meds to treat H1N1 is around 150.00. I am so glad I have insurance. Still trying to get them to Workers Comp it though. Well good luck with the .308 it might not be here yet, but it's coming.
