     Yes Sir!!!  That's what I like to see.  Reminds me of my two about 25 years ago.  Both of mine got away from it...but recently have come back to it.  Now the oldest one comes by fairly often...and raids dad's tying supplies.

      Total agreement on the "small price to pay", besides, when he comes by he brings my favorite grandson....couple o' more years he'll fit in one of those pics you posted.  I've already got his first fly rod....waiting on him.

Exactly why I keep a large supply of 22 bulk packs laying around.
Never want the grandkids to miss an opportunity to plink.
Same with fishing poles and everything needed to fish in the pond.

      I wish my fingers still posessed the dexterity that I bet those two young'un's have.  I could tie a lot moreflies, a lot smaller fly and, probably a lot better looking fly.  I hope they have, if not, I 'm sure they soon will experience the joy of accomplishment of catching a nice fish on something that they created themselves.

while we still have a few more weeks of winter left, we definately should be very close to warmer weather.  so hang in there.

It's getting close to camping weather down here also.
I don't rough it to much anymore. We load the 5th wheel up.
Head on out and take the g'kids, who still come along.
We really enjoy getting out and knocking around in the woods.
Exploring through the woods and around the lake.
Good times. Got to get out and introduce the youngin's to the great out of doors.

      Roughing it takes on a whole new meaning in senior years.  Gettin' up, stoking up the wood stove, walking all the way down the driveway and back just to get the daily liberal rag, waking up the cook and then calming her down, get the dog water..............whew!! that's a half a days' work....I gotta go rest.
