Where can I get better base screws?

I am wondering, I have bases and rings, that have regular slotted screws, and would love to swap out those for a better head, hex or star head.  Where can I buy new screws?  Wallacem in Ga

Brownell's sells torx head screws by the dozen in their refill packs.
