It was in the small print on the presidential ballot in 2008 - I guess an "overwhelming" majority of us thought it was a good idea. The rest of us didn't, but hey this is a democracy - mob rule.

Expected more conversation on this ... WHO wants to tax all of us to pay for climate change and medical research.
