replacement breech plug, old Huntsman
« on: January 11, 2010, 04:23:34 PM »
I have the old Huntsman with the screw in plug, I seem to recall it being a 7/8" thread. I was wondering if any other breechplugs might work so I can use 209 primers. I am aware of the Hubbard plugs, but I am thinking about something like the T/C Encore (?) plug maybe needing a little lathe work, which I am capable of doing.
