They used to, did they discontinue them or just out of stock? I bought two from them last year.

They have one for a 30-06, but not for the 270. They may be out of stock. I can't find the complete bolt anywhere.

The case head is the same for the 270 Winchester and the 30-06 Springfield - thus the 30-06 bolt will work for your 270. You will need to adjust the head space any time you change bolts. Good Luck and Good Shooting

Why the need for a new bolt ? Seem to be missing something here ?
Have my savage now for about half a year , and would like to stay on top of things.

My guess would be it is an estate sale rifle, lots of them end up for sale without bolts, people take the bolt out, hide them, then die, the rifles end up being sold with no bolt because no one knows where they were hidden. Larry

yep i bet thats it.. use to keep my gun one place an the bolt in another,so it couldn t be used on me by a burgler..ive got a closet that will be hard to get into but a smart thief can get into about anything ,short of a good gun safe..then i drive up an the thief panics an shoots me.. unless i got the bolt in the glove compartment o my truck..slim
ps now i don t havum to steal unless he wants to try an take my ccw. :)not impossible ,,but hes taking a big chance ..especially if my wifes with me..
