Sticky safety M98

I bought an M98 action and the safety was very sticky to operate, if not nearly impossible. I sent the action off to be barreled and a low safety was installed. It came back to me but the safety was better but stillis hard to operate. Any ideas on making it smoother?

If its the one with the detent bearing you might try one size smaller bearing it may ease it up some without alot of work,  then it may nees a little stoning, but if you have had a smith do the work I would contact him and explain your concerns as he may not want anyone to touch his work and may not want to warrenty it after you do so, give him a call and talk to him first.    JIM
