Buddys Sons 1st Buck 44 Handi

Buddy got son a 44 mag sb2 Handi for his 16th birthday. We tried sighting it in before he gave it to him in Sept. Our old eyes didn't do so good with open sights. His son shot it pretty good though. This morning he called and said his son shot an Indiana 7 point at 70 yds through both lungs and out the other side. They took their time gutting to see the damage. I gave him your suggestions on the Win White Box 240 soft points. He said they did the job. Both are Very Happy. Thanks! Sorry no pics, I had to do some other STUFF.

good for the boy....if he's shooting the factory irons a great upgrade for his gun would be the wgrs peep....he'll shoot it even better

I had to take the scope rail off my 22 barrel to scope my sb2 44 mag. Getting ready to order 3 rails for myself and bud says order one for me too. I think he wants to try the boys 44 with a scope. He wasn't sure if he made a good purchase when we first shot it. Since I was the one who referred it to him, I offered to buy it from him.   I bought 2 and was going to buy a third but they ran out. I should have bought the third one before I got two other people to buy them I'm just glad his boy got a nice buck with it.
