I have seen some posts referring to the Thompson Center Association---Can anyone give me some info on this organization?? Contacts? Web page? Etc...................... :?:

Here's the address - P.O. Box 792 Northboro, MA 01532-0792 phone 508-845-6960. The association is on the verge of folding. I recall that the last issue of One Good Shot (the quarterly publication) stated that there are less than 700 members. I find that the quarterly magazine has gotten thinner and thinner - I don't think it's worth anything anymore. I'm not going to renew this Spring when my membership is up. Some folks may have a different opinion though.

Thanks for the info--I have heard so much about it but never knew how to get in touch with them. How much is membership anyway?

Thats unfortunate it is circling the drain-I will call them though and see what they have to say.

the problems appear to be getting people to write in with stories and info to keep it going. I am guilty of not contributing any stories but I really don't have any great hunting stories. I do enjoy reading the stories and have purchased a few of the limited edition bbls and have in my collection (but shoot it) a TCA contender stainless frame in smooth side. I would really hope it can continue. but I see the electronic age may be ending the run of smaller groups that funtion like the TCA, R

I believe Ed Kirtpatrick of Ed's TCs (an advertiser on this site - see his banner on the TC Handgun Forum) now owns it either entirely or in partnership with some others. You can contact Ed for more info.

I called Ed a few weeks ago and he sent me out the TCA papper work to join Also had him send me a current barrel list ..always good..
