Heads up on 357 mag handi rifle
« on: November 12, 2009, 11:28:50 AM »
 My Brothers in Handi-Arms,

Found this over at Bud's While researching that KP1 Knight single shot rifle.

   http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/36_262/products_id/52891

Figured some of you looking for a 357 mag rifle would be interested in a $209.00 357 mag rifle ..

I would love to have one , but I'm more interested in that Knight i mentioned ,Guy has one in 45-70 and a 30-06 for $229.00 ea  .. I have to admit , that is one fine looking /feeling rifle especially for the money .. Hell i have never known Knight to be bad on quality , I think that rifle is a far better bet to try out a different brand of single shot versus say like that remmie / russian job.

Anyways thought someone might be wanting to know about that price for a 357 in stock,

that is one heck of a low price on a handi rifle

upon further inspection , those knight kp1 single shot rifles look fantastic!!!!!!!!

and the price is good too....compares....237 for that black 45-70

and the barrels are 24 inches not 22 as well

new england firearms is gonna have their hands full competing with that line of rifles and barrels......

There's no competition from the KP1, Knight no longer makes them, they're only in the parts and support business now.

So, does the fact that Bud's has them mean that H&R is shipping new .357 Handis?

Fred Dont worry brother no ones perfect  ::) But thankfully enough there is still time and you are in the right place  ;D  ;D

Andrew Yeah i know i'm split between the KP1 and that dang itch i have been having for a 308 survivor ...

But Tim I didnt know knight would still be handling their sold arms , that is rather nice to know , And i think i will commit to one of them if i can get some stuff sold soon... Just have to see i guess ...

I bought one of those .357s from Bud's.  I really like it.

Yeah I dont mind those two calibers being on the SB1 frame, Since that is exactly what caliber i want them to be ... ;) If i get the itch for a rifle caliber then I'll just line up a reciever from a member here  ;D

But hell for $209.00 I thought hell you could buy it and sell off the reciever and stock if all you wanted was the barrel heh
