Gun Rights "Terminated"
Arnold Schwarzenegger, Governor of the People’s Republic of California, has “terminated” the Second Amendment in his state.

The “Ammo Surveillance Act,” Assembly Bill 962, requires California citizens to be fingerprinted and tracked for every single ammo purchase.

By signing AB 962 into law, Schwarzenegger’s liberal Hollywood roots are once again showing through.

Yes, the same guy who made millions sporting every weapon known to man in action flicks is mandating gun owners be treated like common criminals for exercising their Second Amendment right.

On top of that, the bill requires all purchases to take place “face-to-face” effectively banning online and catalog sales. Is this what the Founders intended by “shall not be infringed?”

Thank goodness Article II should keep the “governator” confined to California.

I remember back in the late 70's I saw him in the documentary "Pumping Iron" I thought way back then he was about as trustworthy as a used car salesman. I think we saw his REAL side in that movie.

 I thought it was a mistake for folks in California to turn him into a politician and then ellect him governor.

The last time an Austrian became the leader of a land he wasn't born in, 50 million people died.

Gosh I'm shocked! ::) Nothing, and I do mean "nothing" that happens in California surprises me. They are truly the "left coast". If one only looks at the REASON Arnold did what he did then it all becomes crystal clear.
He did it because THE PEOPLE gave him the authority to do it. The people of California voted him in, and they obviously got what they wanted, because hey guys! HE WON THE ELECTION!
Here's something even better for you vote for the lessor of two evil scoundrels Republican bunch. HE'S A REPUBLICAN! Isn't that just great?
He just sits up there as proud as punch with the rest of those REPUBLICANS that so dearly love the 2nd Amendment. You know who I'm talking about. That great Republican John McCain. Ole FREEDOM OF SPEACH, "McCAIN-FIENGOLD ACT" himself. Now ole Arrrrrrnold is right up there with him. Let's here it for the Republicans. Their OUR GUYS! ::)

If the governemnts (state and fed) continue hacking away at our rights, what are they going to do when the muzzie uprising begins? Call on the "national police force"? What the heck is wrong with California voters? Is society so full of apathy that they can't see what is happening or are they just sheep?
Now I'm getting a headache.

I'm kinda hoping Kalifagnia has the big quake and falls off into the ocean. Hopefully Nancy and Dianne are there at the time. Just think how much better of a country it would be.

Looks like there will be a lot more trips out of state for vacation, oh, and while I am out of state I may as well pick up some more ammo.
That is that much more tax revenue the state of "confusion" will not get.

He's a typical Hollywood hypocrite. Makes millions of dollars off of movies that exploit guns and shoot-em-ups, and then in real life, 180 degrees turn around. Truth be known, if that muscle headed idiot ever got into a real life situation with a gun, he'ld drop a load in his pants faster than his dead uncle-in-law could slam down a bloody mary!! gypsyman

I have a degree in fish and wildlife management and have been hunting (shooting) since i was about 14 years old - ducks to deer.  It is ridiculous to take the guns out of experienced hands!!! I was a hunting guide for 6 months at a pheasant club and those damn rich Republicans are the most God awful people I have ever hunted with in my enter life - nearly got my head blown off more times than i can count.  If you really want gun control take them away from people that hunt once a year and not the experienced ones!!!  Civilian  Gangs, mafia, criminals, and cops will be the only ones that will have guns. Hell how many COPS shoot themselves in the foot or each other because they don't hunt or shoot enough.  Oh yeah!!!! Who among you would want too go hunting with Dick Chaney ?  I would rather go with my 14 year old boy than him.  Did they take Dicks guns away? Somehow i doubt it!!!!!!!! :o
