What happened to Hammerdown?

Last here on July 26 of '08.

I miss his knowledge and willingness to expound on answers.

Dunno Bill, I really hadn't thought about it but now that you mentioned it sure has been awhile since he posted. Strange he sure used to be active. I saw in another post you've stopped CAS. Did ya burn out on it or just get caught up with other things in life?

Bill, it's just like anything else that is ruled by common sence and good sportsmanship, too many with neither so here come the rules that go against both.  They took the fun out of it.

I sorta felt that way after my first and only foray into it. Just didn't appeal to me.

Hammerdown is also Hammer It on The Firing line, and posts there as well as on the Smith forum. He is a good guy, and I chat with him both on, and offline some. I met him this summer at the S&WCA show in Michigan.
