sights attched to vent rib

I am looking for reccomendations for those sights that that attach to the vent rib, My gun store is offering me tru-glo fiber optics or something like that, Who makes the a regular set of sights to attach to a vent rib, have any you guys used these type?

I put a lot of those sights on at the shop were I work.  No compliants so far.

Millet makes (or made) 1" rings that clamp onto Remington vent ribs.  They are a great way to put a red dot or a pistol scope on a shotgun.  They might also make it for other shotguns or scope sizes.  The only drawback is that the setscrews used to mount them will mark the ribs.

Williams makes good quality open sights that clamp on to vent ribs.  Brownell's carries them.

They're made in "regular" and fiber optic and are adjustable for windage and elevation.  I have a set that I used for a few years on a Ithaca model 37 when I was hunting in a "shotgun only" zone.

They're made of metal and are much better quality than the plastic ones I've seen.
