Not too expensive 375H&H magnum?

Where does a guy get a decent 375 H&H  bolt gun that won't break the bank? Must weigh at least 9 pounds.

The CZ550 might meet your criteria. The CZ stuff I've handled has all been decent workmanship at a reasonable price.

A CZ will most likely be the lowest price.  Just watch the stocks on them.  They have a reputation for splitting at the grip behind the action.  The cheapest way would be the used rifle section at your local sporting goods store or on line at one of the auctions.  I just got my .378 Weatherby Mark V from an on line auction.  Lawdog

I agree with Lawdog.  I too have heard stories of CZ stocks splitting (or at least cracking) on a their .375 H&H.

I got a Winchester M70 Classic Stainless for $700 which is a great deal.  I found a great deal on line and a local dealer matched the price.

You might also want to take a look at the Winchester Safari.  It will be about $50 or so more, although some people on the auctions ask for over $800.
