I have a brand new tamer 20 that refuses to eject 1 in every 5-6 shells. (more info in the shotgun forum) It will soon be going off to H&R for repair. I called in Monday and actually had a pretty good experience which is surprising because I usually have problems with just about everyone's CS. I got put on hold immediately, but in about 6 minutes later someone picked up. While this could be better, I have had much worse. The lady was helpful although she must have been very tired since she yawned 10-15 times throughout the conversation. I told her my problem and she immediately asked if I had cleaned the gun well before firing it and then if I had tried different ammo. She then asked my zip and said she was looking to see if there was a local repair shop. I didn't know that they did that. Anyway, when no shop was found she said they would send me a label. I figured I would have to ask for that. She got all my info and told me I'd be getting a label in 4-5 days.
I got my label today so it will be going in the mail tomorrow. Any wagers on when I get it back? I'm hoping to get it by squirrel season (October 10) Should be a pretty easy goal but we will see.
I'm going to keep updating this page as I go through the process. I will post a nice review on the Ilion poll when I get done.
