35 whelen handloading

Anyone loading for their 35 whelen in the Handi? I am looking for some load suggestions.

What bullet are you using? I don't have a Handi Whelen right now but have 3 other Whelens. A Remington 700, 7600 and an Encore. Reloader 15 seems to work great in all rifles and with most bullet weights.

Rl15 and the 225gr TSX may get you 2800fps in a 22" barrel, Matt's load does nearly 2900fps in my 26" barrel.  ;)

Be sure to work up to that load in .5gr increments, it could very well be too hot in another rifle.
