Anyone use Fusion ammo in a Handi

Hello fellows have a quick question. Has any of ya'll ever tried the Fusion ammo in your Handi 308? I need ammo for up coming hunting season and need to get my new scope set. I had been using the Federal blue box 150 grain but am out. I don't get to town much since I have been laid off and ammo choices are slim picking online. I saw the Fusion last night and was thinking about ordering a few boxes of the 165 grain loading. My only concern is it might be to much for the small deer we have around here. Thanks for any replies in advanced.

The Federal Fusion 165 gr is all I use in my .308 Handi.  My handi don't seem to like the 150 gr. ammo that I've tried and when I tried some of the Fusion it come in shooting groups just under MOA.

I'd try one box before stocking up though.

Don't have a 308 but have a 3006 and 243.   Use 180 gr Fusion in the 3006 and 95 gr in the 243.   Both are extremely accurate and drop the game perfectly.    Considering their performance and cost I think they are definatley a Best Buy.

Haven't tried any 308's but have used 7mm-08, 243, 25-06 and 280 and all of them shoot from really good, to best out of that gun.  DP

Let us know how they work out for you.   I know my results have been great and others I know that use Fusion are pleased.

I have shot them in a .280 handi with excellent results using the 140 grain.

I had a standard contour 308 barrel. that would not group the fusions very well. It shot the remington corlocts great though.
