Saltwater fishing lisc.???

I know we got one starting in October..I know its a Federal one so does it mean it is good off the Mass coast as well as Conn, Me. N.H. N.Y. or N.J. and all other coastal states?. I've heard a couple different stories about it.. Any scuttlebut?? Reason is we haul to the above listed states. Thank goodness the boat reg. is ok all over ... Thanx Stash

If you come to NC you will need our state saltwater license.

Texas has a salt water lic.
