H&R No Longer Anseres the Phone?

I called the regular CS number Friday and got a message that they were closed for "Training" ;D  What a great idea. :o

I called back Monday, and the call went through as normal.

Just depends on how lucky(or unlucky) you are when you call, I've always gotten thru within just few minutes, so keep trying.

I waited close to 5 minutes today to talk to a person that didn't know much, or didn't want to reveal any solid answer to my question.
