   It looks like a good read for when I have time. There's only one problem as far as I can see. You have no "rights" when dealing with the Imperial Federal Gov't any more. :(

Rusty, you just now figuring that out? I got a lot to catch up on, but I want to read this article. I've watched about half of the Yale Professor's lectures that Ga.windbreak posted.
